Participation Eligibility
To participate in a 2024 graduation ceremony, you must have all major courses completed and 9 credits or less to complete after the spring semester (in summer or fall of the same year). Students with more than 9 credits, will not be eligible to participate until the 2025 graduation ceremony.

Receiving your graduation tickets, cap and gown
You must be in good standing with the Business Office, with a zero balance due or payment arrangement in place. You must be in good standing with the Library and IT as well (all equipment/books returned) to receive your graduation tickets, cap and gown.

Receiving your degree at graduation

• You must meet all graduation requirements.
• You must have a minimum CGPA of 2.0.
• You must return all borrowed materials to the library and/or technology dept.
• You must have a zero balance on your account in the business office. If you have questions regarding your Student Account, please contact Bonnie Murphy, Bursar, at 414-847-3303.

Summer and December diplomas
Summer and December will be available after the summer/fall semester and verification of completed degree requirements. Please confirm your address with the Registrar for delivery of your diploma. You must meet the Business Office requirements noted above.
