Info Our son transferred from MIAD to another school on the west coast. We are looking to sublet his room in a two bedroom apartment with another male MIAD student beginning 2/01/2010. Apartment is at 610 E. Mason Street about 1/2 from MIAD in downtown. Rent is $390.00 a month and lease ends June 30th with the option to renew. Rent includes all utilities except internet which is $25.00 per month.
