Fine Arts

Great potential exists in the utilization of laptops for fine artists. Sketching, referencing, and communicating ideas become quick and easy when aided by software. Each discipline of fine arts benefits differently from the use of a laptop, from color separations for printmakers, to 3D rendering for sculpture majors, and even color and medium theories for painting majors.

The following are required and recommended Fine Arts software programs for the Fall semester and beyond. This list is subject to change, and a complete list will be sent to you before the beginning of the Fall semester.
