China Program Deadline – December 1st!

The details… Take advantage of this amazing opportunity to travel to China with MIAD Professor Jason Yi for 4 weeks next May and June. Earn 6 credits while exploring Beijing, Shanghai, Xi-an. December 1st Deadline for MIAD’s Summer Florence Program

The details… Get 6 credits while studying in Florence! MIAD will once again be running it’s popular 4 week program in Florence this May. Students can receive 3 Studio elective credits plus their choice of 3 Art History OR 3 Humanities elective credits. Cost of program is $5310 and includes 6 credits of MIAD tuition, housing, museum admissions and fieldtrips plus some meals. (Airfare NOT included.) Stay in an apartment in the heart of Florence. Call Out for MIAD’s 2nd Annual Murder Mystery Theater

The details… Do you enjoy acting and/or participating in theater productions? How do you feel about mysteries and suspense? Now is your chance to get involved with MIAD’s murder mystery group. Zombie Apocalypse Group Bike Ride II

Date? Friday the 4th of November
Time? 9pm
Where? Meeting in front of the Park at the steps
How Much? Free! But we will be stopping at Rochambo Cafe, so you can bring some cash for a warm drink
The details… Just for fun, deck yourself out to scare! We’ll be biking down Oakland to Brady, stopping at Rochambo Cafe to warm up a trifle, then heading back on Farwell or whatever wacky way we end up taking.Bring water and some money for hot cocoa or whatever you’d like at the cafe, and PLEASE use bike lights or wear bright clothing.
No zombie roadkill allowed!

I’ll be in the lobby at the Park at 8:30pm to do makeup if you’d like to join me, and we’re meeting outside the Park at the steps at 9pm.
