UPASS Issues?

The details… The transition to an electronic card reader for the UPASS has been a bumpy ride (pun intended). If you have had problems riding the bus because the card did not work and/or the bus driver did not let you on the bus PLEASE fill out the attached comment card. ESPECIALLY if the bus driver is rude to you!!! I also suggest asking the driver’s name if they are unpleasant so the driver knows we are keeping track. Every comment/complaint you submit is sent to Student Services and Milwaukee County Transit.
