The MIAD community is invited to attend the Opening Reception for Japanese Design Today 100 – this Friday, Oct. 30 at 6 p.m. in the Brooks Stevens Gallery.
Exhibit design director Shu Hagiwara presents “Community and Design,” with a reception sponsored by Kanpai.
Japanese Design Today 100 is a traveling exhibition of 100 works representing innovative and modern Japanese product design. Versions of this exhibit have traveled internationally since 2004, including to Russia, India and Egypt.
The exhibit is generously sponsored by the Japan Foundation and Japanese government.
