|As an art college, it seems only natural to suggest the use of color as a tool. You coordinate your wardrobe, your apartment, and sometimes meals around color…why not use color to coordinate and organize your courses. By assigning each course a color, you can mark assignments on your calendar, keep all of your papers in the right folder and grab the right notebook so you spend less time searching for the right tools. Magic markers, pencils, bins, folders and notebooks all come in a variety of colors that can make organizing kind of fun, and free up time for other activities. For more tips on organizing, sign up with a peer tutor in the Learning Resource Center (LRC).
Peer tutors are on duty Monday–Thursday and it easy to sign up to work with them! Sign up sheets are on the bulletin board in the LRC space in the Learning Commons!
