|Join us for an experiential storytelling program on Thursday, March 1, 7 p.m., bringing you face to face with artists who grew up during war in the Middle East. Audience members will be invited to sing and record a song of comfort or lullaby in their own language for children who are affected or displaced from their motherland by war.
This is part of the programming for Humanly Possible: The Empathy Exhibition.
Nooshin Hakim, Pedram Baldari and Andreea-Sorina Koch will be recording anyone willing to sing a song of comfort. They will compile these songs and send them to groups of refugees. There will be a private recording booth for singers.
Aida Shahghasemi, Saeed Hashemi, Nooshin Hakim and Pedram Baldari will perform music and tell stories based on their experiences living through war in their home countries.
