Rubin taught Printmaking at Indiana University and was the Master Printer at Tandem Press for over 25 years. Rubin uses abstraction of architectural, shapes and doodles that become landscapes in his abstract pieces. Rubin has several exhibitions under his belt. Such as, In 2015, Rubin\u2019s work was shown in Fertile Ground, Midwest Printmaking Tradition at the Swope Art Museum.
