Keith studied at Methodist College, Belfast, the University of Ulster and at Edinburgh College of Art, Scotland, gaining an Honours Degree in Visual Communication and a further Postgraduate Diploma in Illustration. Keith has held numerous solo exhibitions, shown extensively throughout Ireland and his work has been included in many group shows in the UK, Europe and the United States. In 2009, Wilson had his work featured in a solo show, Paintings and Drawings, Recent work, at the Courthouse Gallery, Ballinglen Arts Foundation. Wilson has also been featured in group shows. Such as: Monochrome, Lavit Gallery, Cork, Eigse Carlow Festival 2010, Visual, Carlow, and Boyle Arts Festival 21st Anniversary Exhibition, King House, Boyle.
